Cellular Membrane Osmosis/Diffusion

For the last week we have been conducting a diffusion lab with eggs. The Naked Egg lab where were were demonstrating how the cellular membrane of an egg is selectively permeable. This week we dropped the eggs outside to check out the inside of the eggs and identify how much diffusion took place in the yolk and egg white. We had a blast, splatting the eggs.
